"Week and still no delivery"

A review of Royal Mail by Glynis Staddon written on Wednesday 17th of April 2013

I sent a parcel to my family in Basingstoke from Nottinghamshire over a week ago.

they were at home on Saturday 13th April...the postman did'nt even knock on the door ...just posted a card ...THEY WERE IN !!!!

After contacting the sorting office...they promised to re-deliver on Wednesday 17th fron 7am....my elderly Mother and 92 year old Father duly got up in case an early delivery occured.

No such luck!!!

Still no parcel !!!

Unbelievably poor service...I have rang 6 times on their behalf...No one answers the phone...it constantly rings and then times itself out..
