Nice modern building and facilities, which is what attracted me to this surgery. Vast majority of the large number of Doctors have been friendly and helpful (hence good rating). Some (not all) Receptionists can be surly and often don't respond to bell, only reluctantly. They also often make mistakes with appointments and prescriptions. Getting an appointment by phoning in can be a nightmare by having to make a telephone appointment to then make a real appointment, Very rarely same day even when urgent, often have to travel miles to Odiham..
