"NO answer cut the phone off one for the privates"

Terrible!! I am trying to trace a missing parcel, the sender says to check with Royal Mail first. Phoning Priestly road Basingstoke office is just a vexing frustrating waste of time. First try, someone cut the phone off, second time just no answer. Private enterprise must be laughing their socks off. They don't have to do anything more than wait for you to bleed yourself to death. So sad to see once great institutions go down the drain like this. Surely you employees can see your jobs beeing tossed away in a welter of incompetant indifference..
