I have been with the clnic for several years and have always had a very pleasant experience with the reception staff, however, recently I did not get my usual friendly service and felt that I was being a nuisance asking for a doctors appointment and the person I spoke to did everything they could not to give me an appointment - whilst I appreciate you have to stop time wasters - when you are feeling ill you want someone to listen to you not tell you what they think you should do and asking you why you think you need to see the doctor and that you dont.
