I have spend the last 2 days trying to speak to someone at Royal Mail and after many automatted sequences that frustrate me so much, eventually found a real person to speak to who gave me the number of Basingstoke sorting office, which I have phoned and phoned and phoned, you get the gist and no one is answering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not happy.
