"What a fantastic company!"

Being pensioners, we have had many years of experiences of what can be expected from 'so-called' Tradesmen, so were absolutely delighted to report that the man who came to fix our refrigerator went above and beyond what we would normally expect in this day & age!

He first of all came round and rather than ripping us off for all the money he could take, he gave us the advice that we did not need a new part, we just needed a simple fix which we could do ourselves. All he charged us for was a small 'Advice' fee which we were more than happy to pay. Everything works fine now and we will only ever ask "Jubilee Domestic Appliances" to help us in the future should we need it.

Sincere gratitude for all your help. You have restored our faith in Modern Day human nature.
