"Menu Looks Good but thats all!!"

Menu looks good and at first glance portrays well the image of Authentic Italian pizzeria. When read more thoroughly, I realised it is actually limited for choice as the toppings are so similar. My partner was keen on trying it anyway so I ordered four different varieties...just to give it a go! The price was high ranging from £7.50 - £9.90 (12.5") so I thought they must be pretty special to justify charging that. The pizzas arrived and it was apparent on first view that these were not authentic Italian at all. We all (5 of us!) sat down and started trying them. The base was so doughy and like chewing gum, the toppings were bland and everything the box touched was covered in oil. We could not differentiate between the four flavours and nobody enjoyed them, not even my 2 year old pizza addict. In total I wasted £35.10 and didn't even get the free drink offered.

You would expect from this that on calling to give feedback; you would expect some form of compensation or offer of call back. There was no acting manager on duty, which I find shocking for any establishment. I was asked to call back the next day not offered for them to call me back. Then when I challenged about the free drink offer I was asked if I had requested this when calling despite the fact that this condition is not stipulated on any of their marketing material or online advert.

To summarise, I am not impressed at all and will not be repeating business with them. I have not received any refund and can't believe a business can survive with this lack of customer service.
