Just called to cancel my phone contract as it is covered on my house insurance. Very polite lady answered the phone and cancelled it as requested - straight away - no hard sale, no trying to get me to stay - just cancelled it as requested. She also reminded me to cancel my DD. Easy transaction which is very hard to find nowadays - thank you.
