"Alternative phone numbers"

After spending over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone, I finally get to speak to an adviser, who can't help much because of all the damn red tape.

But he did give me a couple of alternative phone numbers to try. All of these below are valid phone numbers for the Priestly Road delivery office;-
