"Bottle Tops"

Ear Sirs, I use Mestinon (Pyridostigmie) as Bromide. I have Myasthenia Gravis and chronic Rhuematoid Arthritis. I take Mestinon every 4 hours. My problem is the removal of the tops of the tablet bottle.Is it not possible to use a screw type top with the Desiccant fitted to that, I am concerned because I use the back of a knife or something similar to remove the top. My wife also has trouble opening these bottles. Although I have been on Pyridostigmine for many years I am continually frustrated with these tops. I have asked the pharmacy if they could be put into different bottles and was told that because of the Desiccant only your own bottle can be used. Surely there must be an alternative to such a difficult item. As you know, Myasthenia and Rhuematoid are both very weakening diseases and with both these problems I am finding it gets more and more difficult as time goes on. My thanks for reading my e-mail.
