I visited with my family and at first was very disapointed with the service, i was given the wrong food after being told to sit down for over five miniutes. I asked to speak to the manager, on this day it was a young man called Jack. He resolved the problem brought me fresh food within seconds and even gave me vouchers to use on my next visit, he then called the lady cleaning tables to bring over ballons and coulouring pads for my children they loved it. I would happily return knowing Jack was there..
