"Go elsewhere if you want proper customer service"

I've been to USA nails twice now and both times I found it to be a very depressing experience. The staff although technically very competent don't seem to have heard of the term customer service. On both occasions they seemed far more interested in carrying out personal conversations on their mobile phones.

The staff are also heavy handed with their use of the abrasive wheel with the result that after two visits I'm now left with weak nails that are splitting.

In short the staff do a competent job but that's about the best that can be said. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
