I am another customer. I have actually paid my insurance by direct debit faithly but they have not upheld my claim based on that I do not know exactly how the phone went missing. In my mind it was obvious that it was pick pocketed from a fastened pocket. Be wary of this company. Happy to enlarge on this if need be but will not react to a tone like the last email here! Funnily enough similar tone in their direct correspondance..
