"What a lovely young lady"

It was so refreshing to go into a shop where the staff was prepared to spend time helping me select the right product. I was assisted by a lovely young lady called Leonie who was happy to assist me even though I made three visits in an hour. Her bright cheery and extremely helpful nature has made me a customer for life..
