I continue to be impressed with Basingstoke Autocentre. I have taken 2 difference cars there now on different occasions and for different work and they are efficient and friendly. All the work as come in either at or under the quoted price, and they always phone to confirm before going ahead with work.

Unlike many other garages I have used they even phone to tell you the car is ready, something which I have had promised and never materialised with other places I have used.

So far their diagnostics have been spot on and I trust them not to quote for work that doesn't need doing, and not to over charge.

Add to that the short 5-10min walk to the train station which makes them very convenient for commuting to work and I couldn't be happier. I will be taking my car back in the future and will continue to recommend this garage to anyone needing car work done in Basingstoke.

One very happy repeat cusomter..
