"Customer service"

Went into the London St branch yesterday to do some money transfer and this was done by Beth,I would just like to say that Beth was friendly ,efficient and informative .dealt with all business question we had speedily.

With all the reorganisation within Branch over the past few years and changes to systems it was a pleasure to be able to have everything we needed completed by a young lady who is a credit to your branch. Her customer service is excellent and has helped me to decide to continue using NatWest Banking services .if there is any recognition for excellent customer service then Beth certainly deserves this. Please pass on this message to Beth.

So much nicer to have our business conducted by a person rather than a machine .
