"Late and unapologetic"

We have used this firm on a number of occasions and despite detailed directions they consistently fail to arrive on time.

The final straw was when we booked a taxi to meet our train and had to wait for over 20 minutes. Customers arriving after us got their taxis before we did! Staff were rude and unapologetic.

Will be looking elsewhere..
