"Ray of sunshine"

Wanted to take the time to say what great service the Basingstoke chineham store provided today on my delivery. I was greeted at the door by kafai who was a ray of sunshine to the beginning of my day. He was extremely courteous and joyful and a real credit to the company. The store was also great at informing me of any missing items and can’t find any fault with the whole process. Thanks guys.
