"Poor Customer Service"

I live 30 miles away from Canada life’s head office. It would take 43 minutes to drive there, 2 minutes quicker than the waiting times for them to pick up the phone.

Their ‘customer service’ dept is a mess. Was advised 3 weeks for a written response. ( took 4 weeks ) and only received the response because I phoned them again ( waiting another 45 minutes for them to answer the phone.

They then blamed the delays on a I.T. Installation.

What is it with companies like this. Ive now waited 2 hours, 15 minutes on three calls.

Where’s the respect for their customers ? Where’s the service?.
