"Patio"

I have checked my friends patio done by this company. it should be slightly tilted in order to drain water away from the house. This is not the case. Instead they have puddles which stay until the sun dries them up. They've also had to get another builder in to finish poor workmanship at the bottom of the patio which is messy and to remove debris left behind..
