Dear Manager

we have had all through covid the same post woman, I have been in isolation since last March due to my ill health. The post woman has been the most considerate person we have ever had she has rung the door bell leaving the post on my door step and waiting at the bottom of my garden until we open the door. She is always smiling , always asks if we are okay . When 1st lockdown was lifted she knocked to see if we still wanted post left on step or if she should start posting through the letter box again, we explained I am high vulnerability so she immediately said , okay I will keep doing what I have been.

Well done she deserves a medal..
