"Post box overflowing"

Post box outside Tesco Express in Lychpit is overflowing with post. I posted several letters at about 1.45 today and some of them fell back out of the box together with other letters that did not belong to me. The box is usually emptied at 1pm and I cannot believe that it reached a state of overflowing in just 45 mins. I tried to alert the post office but there was no reply on the numbers I tried..
