"Gone downhill!"

Used to be so good. Now, with no competition, customer service has suffered. Female office staff are aggressive and rude. Cars are always late and drivers are fed up with being short notice jobs much later than the booked time. On Sundays more bookings are taken than the number of drivers available. The new app system of booking to jump the queue has created even more chaos.drivers and customers are disgruntled. It is wrong that one company should have a monopoly .no competition equals unhappy customers and frustrated, upset drivers. Use this company at your peril!.
