"Poor service"

Having been a client for many years. I arrived according to my watch 9 mins late due to traffic. Was told by young receptionist couldnt be seen as their policy states too late.

Shannon my stylist stayed out the back didnt come out left to receptionist to deal with

I have never seen the policy and have never been late before although I have been kept waiting more than 10mins for my appointment.

I have told this to other salons nearby and this policy dosent exist with them especially for long serving customer.
