"You can’t be serious !"

Having visited the store to purchase a Satnav,Freeview box and telephone we left with only the Satnav .the phone was delivered and we had to collect from the store ( a week later ) the Freeview box.

Do they actually keep any stock there ,in store , anymore ?

The salesman ,in spite of my heading ,was very serious !

No smile,no interest,no personality.probably bored having to deal with two old pensioners who needed technical advice which we eventually dragged out of him.

Probably not his fault.but his training definitely is the fault of management who should realise the spending power of the older generation..
