"Talking to a human"

I have a package for collection but no card has been left and i need to pay import tax. i only know this from the company sending me the item. the website says customer informed of charges but i have not been! i cannot speak to a human dialing the 0345 number and tried calling the number listed above and nobody answers to the point where the number cuts you off! so what happens now?.
