"Disabled persons disaster"

A review of Royal Mail by Louise Collins written on Tuesday 27th of February 2018

Went to Basingstoke delivery office to pick up my parcel and as a blue badge holder went to park in the disabled spaces provided. When I got there they were filled by Royal Mail vans (obviously not disabled!) and there was nowhere for me to park. Had to get my driver to get my parcel as I couldn’t get out as the walk too far and the staff didn’t care about what they had done and brushed me off. Not the first time this has happened and obviously they don’t care that it does!.
