I had opened both patio doors on a frosty cold morning and could not close or lock them. These doors were originally fitted by Rainbow. I contacted them and within minutes they had organised an installer who was working locally to call in and in under an hour a he arrived and solved the problem within minutes.

I could not have asked for or expected better service..
