"1st Response should be called "No Response""

We couldn't fault 1st response when they installed our boiler a few years ago although trying to get them to service the boiler they installed has been an impossible task and again this year no return of call after leaving a voicemail message a week ago (gave up last year and have given up for good now). Also found out from a guy we did use last year that they hadn't completed any of the installation paperwork so our warranty with Worcester is probably void.
