"ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES"

These individuals lied and deceived us from sale to build. The 'design' service was a second rate one (if that) as it was done by an unskilled salesperson. It did not adhere to any safety codes and they were adamant that no building regulations were needed. When we tried to cancel the contract due to drainage and building regs issues they issued a court summons against us. So we agreed to go ahead if these issues were resolved. The build has been a disaster. Three out of 4 walls were unsafe, had cracks appear across them all and were very unstable, bricks were falling off. The drains were not done to building regulations. The lied about the insulation in the foundations. The left their scaffold towers stacked up and blocking our entrance for some 6 months. Parts were left strewn over our garden for 6 months my daughter fell and injured herself on them. Every level of staff in every area of the company uses stonewalling as a default customer service. The deceit and incompetence is totally staggering..
