"What taxi"

Taxi is an hour late, collecting a young girl whom has had to walk direct to the taxi place due to being stranded in town. Rang several times to be told a driver was on the way which was a complete lie. Several drivers literally drove past this young girl. Rang in to state the urgency of the matter just to be hung up on. Would not recommend. Taxi was booked at 2pm and did not turn up at 10.30pm, with several hours notice! Finally she arrived home at 23.45pm. Honesty is the best policy!.
