"Collecting parcel/parking queue"

Four times in the past few months I have tried to collect undelivered parcels from Priestley road. If you can't find a parking space forget it, it means there will be a 30 minute wait at the counter with only one person serving. For goodness sake get another counter open, reduce the queue which will improve the parking. It's not rocket science. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!.
