"Amazing help for disabled passenger!"

Due to a breakdown, me and my disabled grandmother were stuck in Basingstoke, a taxi from All District radio Cars was arranged to take us back to Guildford via motability. Our driver Roy was absolutely fantastic, he was completely understanding of my Nan having a mobility scooter and was able to accommodate that for us, this made our day so much less stressful as he was able to lift it into the car, which we usually use a hoist for. I cannot say how good he was - he's truly a gem! He was pleasant and friendly for the whole drive and understanding with my nan when she struggled to get in and out of the car, he really couldn't have done more for us. We really appreciated Roy!.
