"Hidden Charges"

Opened up a Flex Account because it was advertised as no overseas ATM charges.

Went to check my balance & I'm overdrawn! That's because there's a £10 monthly fee that NO-ONE told me about.

Very disappointed. Would not have opened the account if I had known that..
