I went to USA nails because I had heard good reviews from my friends about them and it was my first time getting acrylic nails. My experience there was far from good! Firstly the lady I had was very rude and she was very rough on my nails which at the time I thought was normal because like I said I'd never had my nails done before and people did say it could hurt a little, so she done my nails and they looked ok I didn't think they looked as good as they cost but I didn't have time to ask to get them change. After a week of having them on all of my nails the colour had chipped away which I was not happy about, so I stupidly repainted them myself which made them look worse so after another week I wanted them taken off, so I went to a different nail salon and they where much kinder and when they took my acrylics off they were in shock at how bad my natural nails were underneath because of how hard the lady at USA nails had pushed down on my cuticles and how much of my natural nail she filed off. Because once they were removed I could see the damage to my natural nail, I had red dents on my nails were the acrylic was pushed down into my natural nail, I now have to wait until my nails have grown out for this red dent in my nails to go. I'm never going back there again and would never recommend to anyone!.
