"Good job we have people who can read"

Was sent two first class letters from hospital calling me in for tests and operation, they were date stamped 17.8.16. The tests were in the 22nd and then 24th August, they were put through my door on the evening of the 22 nd at 8pm as they had both clearly delivered to the wrong address, great system the Royal Mail have. How does a clearly written letter with correct post code finish up in another code area.baffling!.
