"Transfer from London to Basingstoke"

I arranged the transfer from Heathrow to Basingstoke, our plane landed on time, but it took over an hour to get out of the Customs section in Heathrow and when I had arrived from Dubai, there was no-one to meet us, after trying frantically to use the mobile (which didn't work in UK) then I tried to email them, I got a curt "we turned up and left".not good enough.other drivers stayed around for hours and in fact, we got one to take us to Basingstoke for 20 pounds cheaper than quoted. I am just so pleased I didn't pay for it prior.what a joke. To turn up after an 8 hour flight and not be met. Not good enough!.
