"Missing Parcel"

A review of Royal Mail by Fed Up written on Wednesday 30th of March 2016

Made redelivery request for today 30/3/16 - waited in all day - parcel not delivered.

After going through umpteen menus finally got a very helpful lady to talk to who told me after checking on her screen that it says "collected or delivered". Have now had to have another request for a re redelivery for Saturday 2/4/16 - that's if it hasn't "disappeared" for good - then it's the rigmarole of trying to claim compensation.

It used to so much easier in years gone by - if this is progress well!.
