"No parking to collect packages"

I called today to pick up a package and the minimal parking that is usually available has been closed. All the on road parking was full and cars were turning around and parking on the double yellow lines because there was nowhere else to go.

For a location like Priestly Road most people have to drive and need somewhere to park. This is going to get much worse over Christmas and needs to be reviewed.
