"Very poor customer service!!!"

Contacted Royal Mail to find the telephone number of our local sorting office as wanted to check if they are holding a package for us as package was sent but not received. Took ages to even talk to a person & then they could not give me a telephone number!

Oh it's all automated now so we can't help you!.
