I received the paperwork by email today for a holiday Thomas Cook booked for us via Netflights, there are a couple of major mistakes in the booking - but I found it impossible to get through on the telephone, I tried live chat but the gentleman informs me that he can only help if the booking is a Thomas Cook package holiday and that I would need to phone - the only phone number Thomas Cook gives out is a central one and that says it is too busy to take calls,the gentleman on live chat said the only way is to go into the store which will mean a trip into town just to sort out this mistake, my partner is not able to walk very far and I find this very annoying. Thomas Cook suggest you check the details on their paperwork and let them know as soon as possible if there is anything wrong, but do not make it easy for you to do so..
