Went in to the Apple Store in Baingstoke on Friday afternoon, was

absolutely floored by the service I experienced. Spoke to a very nice gentleman at first, who then put me in touch with the guys on the

Genius Bar who sorted out the problems. Finally spoke to a salesman who sorted me out with a case. All amazing can't thank you enough brilliant service..
