"Not Impressed at all"

We used Croombs for our kitchen underfloor heating and they did an incredibly poor job. The guy they sent out had no idea what he was doing which was backed up by the bad quality of his work. We ended up having to get another electrician out to rectify their work and make our kitchen safe at additional expense to myself and Croombs refused to even acknowledge that they had done a bad job. All in all a very bad experience and in particular I was shocked at the attitude of the owners and their customer service was embarrassing. I would never recommend them and would advise people to give them a wide berth for fear of them having the same bad experience we did..
