"Telephone call not answered."

A review of Royal Mail by Mrs. B. Murthy. written on Tuesday 9th of June 2015

I telephoned the Basingstoke ofice 01256 853881 to complain about continuous wrong delivery of post. The telephone rang for 5 minutes. Then there was a recorded message as follows:

The number you have dialed cannot accept this call. Please hang up and try later.

I am gobsmacked..
