"Royal Mail (must do better!)"

I have lived in St Michaels Road Basingstoke for many years, and over all that time I have never had a satisfactory service from the Royal Mail.

I keep receiving letters for my house number, but addressed St Peters Road! (even though the postcodes are different)

I always place these letters back into the post box, but, does the correct addressee do the same with any of my mail they may receive?

Tried a couple of times to report this to R/M but its so difficult to get them to answer the phone that I gave up.

Come on Royal Mail, get your act together! .
