"Post Screened and never arrives"

I completely agree with your comments. I too have an elderly mother who posts cards (luckily no money)but they never arrive. I also recently order train tickets from 2 separate organisations, however neither of these tickets arrived, and they were ordered 5 weeks ago. I definitely have an unscrupulous postman. How do we stop this, is anyone willing to do anything about it? This could of messed up my trip or made my trip extremely expensive if i'd had to pay for the tickets again. I shall be challenging the postman face to face for a start, and telling him I'm reporting him. .
