The service I've received has been consistent and reliable. They automatically text you when your vehicle has been dispatched and when it's arrived with details concerning the vehicle such as the colour and make of the car.

I would definitely recommend; especially to those who use taxis/cabs regularly for their loyalty card scheme saving you 50p off of each fare. .
