"Lack of natural light in some rooms"

probably the best care home in basingstoke but home is surrounded by overgrown trees and bushes resulting in a lack of natural light in some rooms.Trees are 8 to 10 metres high and within 10 to 12 metres of room windows.Some wall decoration is dark and gloomy compunding the problem..
