Away for the elections this May - applied for a postal vote - no form arrived: B+D council have sent out the forms, a week ago, but ours have not been delivered. So, thanks to Royal Mail, we cannot vote. So I telephone the sorting office: phone rings for 2+ minutes, then is cut off. Customer service? - I think not. Privatisation - a really BAD idea..
