"Very expensive and poor service"

Never fix a problem from first time, very good in talking and making up stories but comes to work he's not sure...some of his guys struggles to replace a tab, takes hours to do 1 job, very expensive, and watch and review the bill as added jobs, items hasn't done. Never finish a job in a day, always have to order parts which never available on the day! .
